Collection of personal information

Once a user visits RCJY portal, servers will record user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, date and time of visit as well as URL of any website from which you were referred to the portal.
Most websites place a small file on the visitor's hard drive (browser) once visited. These are text files and called cookies.

These text files contain information that allow their retrieval when needed during the user’s next visit to the site. This stored information includes:
  1. Visitor username and password.
  2. Save page settings, if available on the portal.
  3. Save the colors selected by user.
  4. Preclude same user from voting more than once.

Browser (visitor) may not have to enter the password on each visit, as website system will be able to detect it through cookies, or it may prevent user from repeating the voting process if he/she has previously voted, and so on. If you use Mubasher application or send us an email through RCJY e-portal providing us with personal data, we may share the necessary data with other entities or departments to serve you more effectively. We will not share your personal data with non-governmental entities unless such are authorized by competent authorities to perform specific government services. By submitting your personal data and information through RCJY e-portal, you fully consent to the storage, processing, and use of this data by Saudi authorities. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information to relevant authorities when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or governmental request.
