Dr. Hussein bin Yahya Fadhli

Brief Overview

 

Dr. Hussein bin Yahya Fadhli has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries since 2023. He holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin City University, Ireland (2006). 

Dr. Fadhli began his professional career at Saudi Aramco (1997–2015), where he held multiple leadership positions in operations, maintenance, and mechanical services. He later held various senior administrative and technical roles, including General Manager for Technical Affairs at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (2018–2023). 

He has numerous research publications in international journals and conferences, and holds memberships in several professional societies. He is the founder of ASM International – Saudi Chapter, and a member of NACE, ASNT, and GSMP.
