The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu recognizes the importance of electronic participation as a strategic tool to enhance effective communication with beneficiaries, foster an environment that supports the exchange of information and suggestions, and ultimately improve user experience, enhance service quality, and ensure optimal access to information.In alignment with its commitment to the laws and regulations governing participation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Royal Commission reviews all contributions prior to publication to ensure that feedback is constructive and contributes to service improvement. The Commission reserves the full right to publish or delete any submission it deems inconsistent with its policies or the prevailing regulations in the Kingdom.

  • Submissions should be serious, clear, and objective.
  • All content must comply with publishing laws in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Language used should be clear and grammatically correct.
  • Misuse of the Royal Commission’s systems or any action that negatively affects their performance is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing personal information such as names or contact numbers is not permitted.
